Ingredients
📍Small pieces of bread
📍Homemade humous
📍Homemade Avocado cream
📍Add on top a mix of organic cucumber, carrots, chia seeds, nuts (walnuts, cashews, almonds, Brazil nuts), dry figs, and raisin
Preparation
Preparation of the houmous : Add in the blinder 150g chickpeas, 1 tablespoon Tahini, 1 lemon juice, black pepper, paprika, water if needed and mix.
Preparation of the Avocado cream: Add in the blinder vegan cream cheese ( I choose Violife), black pepper, and 1 avocado, water if needed, and mix.
Once the based are done, toasted the bread in the oven (too small for the toaster) for 5 minutes.
Add all the toppings that you want, cut in small pieces vegetables and nuts and dry fruits.
