Vegan Chocolate Mousse 🍫
Recipe
📍150g of Tofu
📍2 tbsp Maple syrup
📍50g Dark chocolate
📍3 tbsp Chia Seeds
📍2 Cup Dairy free milk
Preparation
Prepared the chia seeds in water (to replace eggs)
Crumbled the natural organic extra firm Tofu, put it in the blinder.
Add the Maple syrup, the dark chocolate (I 'm using 85% dark one but 70% is perfect), the chia seeds, the dairy free milk (I like to use almond milk for this recipe but you can use cashew milk as well), then mix! It will immediately thickened, thanks to the chia seeds.
Put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
It’s rich, creamy and healthy!
