There are different self-improvement books, some help you grow on your journey, others give you a boost when you have doubts in your life. ā­ļø


You will find some of the new books that have helped me a lot this last couple of months and that I would recommend you to read:



"Good vibes, good life" - by Vex King - How self-love is the key to unlocking your greatness.


Back in January, I found it difficult to stay motivated, get to the gym before work, be efficient at work, and stay positive in general.

My emotions are very much linked to the weather and with the cold, I needed to find a great book to lift my mood!


This book helps you to transform negative emotions into positive ones, the secret? Self-love. Here's what I have learned; changing the way you think, speak, talk and the world around will change; We attract what we desire! And finally, trust your gut! It will be worth it.



For the second book, and the next 3, I have already talked about Jen Sincero in my previous self-improvement article. I have decided to put it here again as I have read all of them since!



"You are a Badass, How to stop doubting your greatest and start living an awesome life" - by Jen Sincero

This book is super easy to read, funny and gives great advice and stories. It will help you understand that you need to accept what you can't change and how to change what you don't love, basically how to be a Badass! It's like having a mentor who's here to help you whenever you need it, specifically when your mind doubts and overthink!


"You Are a Badass at Making Money: Master the Mindset of Wealth" - by Jen Sincero


This book gives great exercises for changing your mindset and relationship towards money. It helps to uncover whatā€™s holding you back from making money. We attract what we desire, it works for everything in life!


ā€œIā€™m open to all the good and abundance of the Universe.ā€ ā€œI am a Master at attracting money into my life". These two mantras are written on my notebook and vision board.



"You are a Badass - Every day" - by Jen Sincero


The best companion to stay motivated, confident and keep your vibe high with the thing in life you can control (and change); your thoughts, your attitude, your words, your intentions, your character, your perspective, how you treat yourself, how thankful you are and how much you believe in you. That, right here is a long list!

ā€œYour attitude steers the wheel that determines the course of your life.ā€



Last one of the collection of the iconic books: "Badass Habits" - by Jen Sincero

This book shows you that we implement our behaviors on auto-pilot and complete habits unconsciously. Knowing that you can develop awesome new ones and stick to them!

There are 21 chapters; 21 days to create new positive rituals. Itā€™s the amount of time it takes to anchor in a new habit.

Jen Sincero gives you the resources, and the mindset tools to create a Badass life!
