[Recipe] Healthy Breakfast New Ideas

The healthiest breakfast option to start your day right! 🇬🇧

When I’m travelling and don’t have the option to make my green smoothie, I always go for a bowl of fruits, coconut yogurt (or chocolate vegan yogurt) with a spoonful of chia seeds and a mix of nuts.

Here are couple of ideas of quick and easy breakfast for your busy mornings; (the english version of the recipe is written above the french one).

Lorsque je voyage et que je n'ai pas la possibilité de faire mon green smoothie, je choisis toujours un bol de fruits avec un yaourt à la noix de coco (ou un yaourt végétalien au chocolat), une cuillerée de graines de chia et un mélange de noix.
