[Recipe] Passion for Pasta šŸ

Who doesnā€™t like pasta? Itā€™s one of the most common foods to eat all year long; in fresh salad over summer and on cold winter days. Itā€™s nutritious and satisfying!


First of all, itā€™s important to choose and find which varieties of pasta you like and are beneficial for your body; traditional ones (made with wheat flour and water) often has a little bit of protein and gluten.

On a plant based diet, I prioritise high protein pasta varieties:
